Born in Cuba, I arrived in Miami after years of separation when my father crossed the ocean on a raft to build a future for us. My family's resilience built a convenience store that fed us — but also absorbed everything else.

In 2020, when I became a mother, I made a conscious decision: I would not repeat that pattern.

I would build a different kind of business — profitable and structured, but aligned with life. Where success didn't require disappearing from what matters or living in constant urgency.

Today, my firm has generated over $1M in 5 years, operating with less than 30 hours per week, leading a remote team, and being fully present as a mother.
